This week was so busy and full of work!
The work here in Manurewa is amazing and we have SO MUCH to do. We keep getting referrals and it is amazing!! We are staying so busy and I am learning heaps.
Missionary work is hard, but soooooo good. I am continuing to learn from my mistakes and strive to be the best missionary I can. I know as I put my trust in the Lord he is helping me through everything.
Palu set his date for baptism this week and he is going to he baptized on the 21! That was such a miracle and I know that he is so ready to be baptized.
We had some crazy stuff happen this week haha. This lady told us that she has special powers and sells this special water stuff that can heal people. She spoke in only Tongan so I had no idea what was going on, but I could tell something was off. We also had an investigator confess his love for my companion and tell her that he wanted to move to Tonga with her when she goes home. He also sent some creepy texts. Hahahaha the people in South Auckland are something else. It's a new adventure everyday, I love it! I am glad to report we are safe and we will not be visiting either of these people by ourselves again.
Guys missionary work is hard, exhausting, happy, hilarious, all the feelings, but most of all it's so rewarding. I am learning so much. I just have to trust in the Lord and put forth my best effort. This week I am really going to work on being bold and being confident in my testimony. I want to be able to bring the gospel and its blessings to everyone and I know the only way I can do that is if I open my mouth. I know I am going to make mistakes and feel stupid sometimes, but that's how we learn and grow. It's hard, but it's so worth it!
I love you all and miss tons!
