Mom questions ....
1.  I heard your phone died… What kind of phone did you get? My phone was seizing up on me so I got a new one….. basic model A10 Samsung.  It’s an upgrade but nothing fancy.

2. Someone said you're playing the ukuleleAre you gonna buy yourself one? I’ve been playing a few songs on my companions uke. There really isn’t a place here in my area to buy one so maybe I’ll buy one later.

3. Are singing music much?
We are trying to sing at some of our lessons and we are singing at a RS lesson and maybe a baptism….mostly we sing to each other.

4.  Beauty and the beast musical starts this week… Do you miss doing plays and such? Yes I miss it but I’m super busy so no time to think about that.

5.  What kind of products or food do you miss in America that they don’t have a New Zealand?  They don’t have a certain face wash that I like but most of the products are good. They have most brands but they don’t have Lays chips and their granola bars are not like home.   Dorritos don’t taste the same.  I get Nature valley granola bars. They don’t have Walmart…..waaaaaa…… they have Pack and Save (groceries) and the Warehouse (snacks, clothes and electronics) and the Countdown (fancier grocery store like Fred Meyer and Pack and Save is like Ridleys)

6.  Tell us about something spiritual that happened this week. Or where you recognized God’s hand in your life…
I gave out a BOM to this guy when we were trying as we went to visit a member (but they had moved)…We were on exchanges and the guy in the place we visited said..… do you have  a bible?  No, but we have a BOM that is another testament of Jesus Christ.  He said…I’ll take it.  That’s the first one I’ve given away…. We’ll see what happens.

7. Funny story for the week….. so we gave away a pamphlet this week and we had this text message from an unknown number and we thought for sure it was from the pamphlet give away.  Turns out, I hadn’t saved the elders numbers on my new phone and it was them pranking us. Oye!!

8.  My new favorite Tongan word/phrase for the week: (unsure of spelling)
Oye ya way!!! (what in the world? What are you doing?)
Maa sa E ay!!  (Oh my)
