What a time to be alive!

 Well folks what a week it has been. So many crazy changes happening in our world.

I am doing good and although I was sick this week, I do not have the corona virus and I am feeling much better! (Note: she hates vomiting more than almost anything but she survived it in the middle of the night with no one to hold her hair back! So proud! Quote of the week... “mom it came out my nose!!” Check out the food she is eating..... it’s is good but a lot!  The Ward members are very very generous)

 Everything here in New Zealand is still very chill and people aren't too worried about anything yet haha. We are just getting prepared!! Its fun to be on a little island where everything is slow and everything is still running and working like normal! I am feeling very blessed and protected. I hope you all are doing well and that you are staying healthy and safe. You all are in my prayers<3

Be careful and remember that Heavenly Father has a plan for all of us. He has been preparing us and now is the time to completely put our faith in Him!

How’s covid 19 in NZ?

Nz is slightly behind us in that they are just starting the panic and some hoarding.  No schools closed, nor bossiness but no church or large gatherings.  Missionary work as usual with recommendations to buy extra non perishable items in case of a 14 day quarantine.  Nz currently has 7 confirmed corona virus cases which is a lot less than their neighbors in Australia.

How many senior couples in your mission? 15! But none in my area

Sistah Uata (new companion) and Sistah Beck in Manurewa Hello everyone this has been a crazy week, but I am doing so good! I have a new companion, Sister Uata, and I am in the same area! Sister Uata is from California and she is Tongan, but she is in the Samoan program (which means she was originally assigned to labor in NZ to the folks who speak Samoan) and now she is serving in a Tongan ward. Its crazy but God works in mysterious ways. This area is amazing and we have seen so many miracles this week. The work here in Manurewa is INSANE. Guys I know I always say this, but there is so much to do. We have 2 baptisms this week and we had 8 people at church on Sunday! It was crazy. We have never had more than like 4 people before. There is always so much to do. It can be overwhelming at times, but I am so grateful.  The reason this area is doing so well is because of the members . They help us so much and are always out fellowshiping and visiting people. I love e...

Q-time....PDay at home

Well .....as most of you know I am now home because of the corona virus. I am heart broken to leave my home in NZ, that country has my heart and I will miss everything about it. I am so grateful for every experience I had and all the amazing people I was able to meet. I will cherish those relationships and memories for the rest of my life:’) I know that this is heavenly fathers plan for me, even if I can’t understand it right now. This is definitely not what I wanted to happen, but I know that this will all be for my benefit in the end. I have no idea what the future holds, but I am looking forward with faith and trust that I will be able to continue my mission else where for the time being and hopefully be able to return to New Zealand again as a missionary! God has a plan and I know everything will work out.  My friend shared with me a scripture today that I loved.
