BACK AT IT - -REASSIGNMENT - - - OHIO COLUMBUS MISSION

Well everyone I'm back in the mission field and I'm serving in Columbus Ohio and I am learning nepali! I've been here for about a week now and it's been awesome! The first thing we did when we got off the plane was go to chick-fil-a, so right off the bat I knew this was going to be a good place to serve;) my companions name is sister sarki and I love her! She is originally from Nepal, but she moved to Utah when she was like 10! We are having the best time and she is really helping me with my nepali! The language is hard, but I can feel heavenly father helping me learn so much! I spend pretty much very free second I have studying the language, its the best haha! We aren't allowed to leave our apartment to see people, but we have been going on lots of walks and having lots of lessons over video call! It's amazing how missionary work continues through technology, we are so #blessed I hope you all are doing well and know that I love you so much! New Companion, Same Area (mom questions answered)

Sistah Uata (new companion) and Sistah Beck in Manurewa Hello everyone this has been a crazy week, but I am doing so good! I have a new companion, Sister Uata, and I am in the same area! Sister Uata is from California and she is Tongan, but she is in the Samoan program (which means she was originally assigned to labor in NZ to the folks who speak Samoan) and now she is serving in a Tongan ward. Its crazy but God works in mysterious ways. This area is amazing and we have seen so many miracles this week. The work here in Manurewa is INSANE. Guys I know I always say this, but there is so much to do. We have 2 baptisms this week and we had 8 people at church on Sunday! It was crazy. We have never had more than like 4 people before. There is always so much to do. It can be overwhelming at times, but I am so grateful.  The reason this area is doing so well is because of the members . Q-time....PDay at home

Well .....as most of you know I am now home because of the corona virus. I am heart broken to leave my home in NZ, that country has my heart and I will miss everything about it. I am so grateful for every experience I had and all the amazing people I was able to meet. I will cherish those relationships and memories for the rest of my life:’) I know that this is heavenly fathers plan for me, even if I can’t understand it right now. This is definitely not what I wanted to happen, but I know that this will all be for my benefit in the end. I have no idea what the future holds, but I am looking forward with faith and trust that I will be able to continue my mission else where for the time being and hopefully be able to return to New Zealand again as a missionary! God has a plan and I know everything will work out.  My friend shared with me a scripture today that I loved.
